How to Email Your WhatsApp Chat History on iPhone
Step #1. First, launch WhatsApp on your iPhone. Step #2. Now tap on any individual chat or group chat. Step #3. Next, tap on the name of contact or group name from the top. Now you can see Contact Info OR Group Info on the screen. Step #4. Scroll down and tap on Email Chat. A menu will swipe up with two options: Attach Media and Without Media → Tap on either of the options. Step #5. You will be landed on the screen, from where you can directly send your WhatsApp chat to any email. Just type in the email id and tap on Send. Please note that this action will select subject line: WhatsApp Chat with (Name of contact or group). Moreover, a message will appear below the subject line: Chat history is attached as “WhatsApp Chat: contact.txt” file to this email. In case, you are sending Group chat, a message will show below the subject line: Chat history is attached as “WhatsApp Chat: group.txt” file to this email. If you want to cancel this action, tap on cancel. A menu will swipe up with two options: Delete Draft and Save Draft. If you choose to Delete Draft option, the mail will be removed permanently; if you select Save Draft, you can send your WhatsApp chat later. You will return to the Contact Info or Group Info screen.
